Stop Judging

Hi everyone! Yesterday was the first Peter Pan performance and it was... horrible. The Indian dance was messed up so bad! What happened was that we were supposed to follow Tiger Lily's lead but she messed up a bit. Some people, instead of following her lead, kept doing what we were originally doing. Our director is going to have a hissy fit at all of us, even though most of us didn't do anything wrong. Another thing that happened was that my friend, W., fell over one of the props and started bleeding on the back of his leg. He said he was fine but it scared me because he was kinda limping while we were on stage. Everything else was ok except for a couple awkward, late, tech problems where we had to pretty much stand there and try to look like nothing was wrong but it was pretty weird. Also A. was late to come on stage so she had to stand backstage until the fight scene because in all the chaos our director wouldn't see her jump onstage. If any of you were wondering, I'm still waiting for the next book in The Hollow trilogy and I'm also going to start reading The Fallen series.
Another thing that is a little bit more important than how my day was, people cyber bullying. I went on facebook yesterday and read one of my friends posts. Her post was something about not falling in love because you get hurt when you fall in love but if you could walk into love instead because it hurts less. A lot of people liked her status but after looking through a couple comments I really wanted to punch someone. One of the more "popular" girls had written about how gay that was. After that I got that "ohh hell no!" look on my face. I really wanted to tell her how naive that comment was but I had to restrain myself because I knew it would have gotten really awkward for everyone who read that. When I get mad... I get REALLY MAD. Trust me... I'm not the nicest person ever but at least I can restrain myself from making horrible comments about people I may not have on my list of favorite people. This isn't just something that happens in movies people! If you've got a problem... keep it to yourself. No one wants to hear about your opinion if you try to say it like your in some cheesy T.V. drama. Something else about that comment, how can you call something gay and mean it in a bad way? Gay either means happy or is talking about a person who is at least able to tell the world that their different and they don't care what others think. Unlike people who are bullies and try to hide who they are behind stupid comments. Really guys? I have like five friends that are gay and they are amazing! They can say what's on their mind in a nice way without caring what others think about them, they also stand up for what their friends think if someone is telling them otherwise. I don't know where you guys get the idea that gays are bad! FREEDOM OF RELIGION! GET OVER IT! Sorry if any of this offended you in you in any way, this is just how I feel. If you people stop shoving you beliefs and religions down my throat I'll stop talking about it. Thank you ^_^
Thanks for reading about my odd but pretty normal life

  1. I know that it is hard sometimes not to explode at people for their ignorance. Just remember that fighting those people with kindness instead of harsh words will accomplish so much more. If they could just learn from your example and your heart, they would learn so very much. <3
